About the Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a premier Am Law 100 law firm to identify a seasoned, top-tier Funds Associate Attorney to join its Financial Services & Capital Markets practice. This is an immediate need for a high-caliber attorney who wants to work on sophisticated investment fund matters at a national level—while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote role.
This position offers exposure to complex, high-impact work advising investment funds and institutional investors across the full fund lifecycle. The practice is deeply integrated with private equity, private credit, and venture capital platforms, providing attorneys with hands-on responsibility, partner-level collaboration, and long-term career development within a market-leading group.
What You'll Do

Advise sponsors and fund managers on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds

Represent investors in connection with investments into private funds

Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation, including:

Limited partnership and operating agreements

Subscription documents and side letters
-
Management company and advisory agreements

Support fund operations, regulatory considerations, and ongoing compliance matters

Assist with fund restructurings, amendments, and exit-related transactions

Collaborate closely with partners and cross-functional teams on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters

Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and client service
Required Qualifications (Strictly Enforced)

Law school graduation years: 2021–2024 only
-
3–5 years of funds-focused legal experience (only candidates within this range will be considered)

Meaningful experience advising investment funds and/or fund investors

Training at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm strongly preferred

Stellar academic credentials

Active bar admission in the state in which the attorney practices (or ability to maintain active status)

Demonstrated resume stability and consistent career progression

Experience with private equity, private credit, and/or venture capital funds

Strong corporate and securities law foundation

Excellent legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills
