Location: Remote (U.S., UK, or Canada)
Compensation: $165,000 – $227,000 base salary

SF or NYC: +15% to base range

DC, LA, Seattle, Austin, or Boston: +10% to base range

The Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for a fast-growing AI cybersecurity organization seeking a Staff Product Manager – Risk & Compliance Case Management to lead the next evolution of its case management platform.
This role is foundational. The Staff Product Manager will transform an established system into a best-in-class reviewer experience, unifying workflows, data models, and UI patterns across multiple product lines. The mandate is clear: build intuitive, scalable, and defensible systems that support high-stakes risk, fraud, and compliance decisions—often assisted by AI.

Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated success performing the following responsibilities at a senior level:

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Risk & Compliance Case Management platform, with a strong emphasis on frontend experience and reviewer usability

Evolve existing case management capabilities into a scalable, cohesive, and efficient reviewer experience

Translate customer pain points and internal operational challenges into clear problem statements, product requirements, and measurable outcomes

Apply firsthand understanding of fraud, risk, or compliance review workflows to inform product decisions and prioritization

Drive alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution and launches

Partner closely with Product Design to deliver polished, intuitive UI/UX for complex, AI-assisted investigation and decisioning workflows

Define success metrics and KPIs, using data and feedback loops to guide iteration and improvement

Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate needs, test solutions, and refine experiences

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered for interview.

5–8 years of product management experience, primarily within workflow-heavy B2B SaaS products

Demonstrated ownership of case management systems or complex operational platforms

Strong ability to execute cross-functionally in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Proven experience partnering with design teams to deliver high-quality UX, particularly for reviewer or analyst-facing tools

Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders

Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and incorporating feedback into product decisions

Direct experience building case management systems for fraud, risk, or compliance review teams

Background as a fraud, risk, or compliance analyst/reviewer, especially in AI-assisted workflows
