Litigation Associate Commercial & Complex Matters
Location: Nashville, TN (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 base + bonus
Bonuses:
  • Automatic Bonus: Triggered at 1,950 billable hours
  • Additional Merit Bonus available based on performance
    Billable Hours Requirement: 1,850 annually
    Visa Sponsorship: Not Available
    Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire

HireNow Staffing is helping a top-tier law firm recruit a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their busy litigation team in Nashville. If you're a sharp litigator ready to handle sophisticated disputes, collaborate closely with respected trial lawyers, and grow your courtroom experience, this is your seat at the table.
What You'll Tackle
  • Represent clients in high-stakes commercial and complex litigation
  • Manage and conduct depositions, draft and respond to discovery, and prepare dispositive motions
  • Take ownership of trial preparation, strategy meetings, and case analysis
  • Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and firm leadership
  • Work with a broad client base, including leaders in healthcare, energy, finance, and telecommunications
What We're Looking For
3-6 years of solid litigation experience
Background in commercial or complex civil litigation
Proven ability to manage case files and drive litigation forward
Licensed in Tennessee, or eligible to waive in
Excellent writing, communication, and courtroom skills
Comfortable in a collaborative, high-performance setting
